invited Meem to a day of activities. A Meem member spoke
of the situation of transsexuals in Lebanon. She gave

Meem in
Budapest for a Workshop on Encouraging Dialogue Between
LGBTQ and Faith-Based Communities
A Meem
member participated in an IGLYO conference in Budapest
on "Building Bridges to the Unknown." The workshop
focused on dialogue with faith-based communities as a
way to end discrimination against LGBTQ young people.
Our member presented a Lebanese and Arab perspective on
the discussion and learned valuable tools and strategies
on the topic.
